Novartis announced today the cancellation of the non-compete agreement between the company and the departing chairman of the board, Dr. Daniel Vasella. Given that Novartis has positively responded to this request, ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ recommends to discharge the board.
